The Peer Review Systems Helpdesk

Being a journal editor is a multifaceted and demanding role, particularly when it comes to peer review. The use of an online submission system such as ScholarOne Manuscripts or Editorial Manager makes the process simpler, but also often generates queries from authors, reviewers and editors – anything from help submitting a manuscript, to accessing a review form, to how to use a system feature. You may not always be able to answer these yourself.

To support you in dealing with potential queries, Taylor & Francis have a dedicated Peer Review Systems (PRS) Helpdesk. The PRS Helpdesk staff are experts in matters surrounding peer review systems and are available to utilize their skills and knowledge to assist with system queries.

Examples of problems the PRS Helpdesk can help resolve include:

If your query highlights a genuine system error, the PRS Helpdesk can also alert the Electronic Editorial Systems team within Taylor & Francis to ensure the error is reported and resolved as soon as possible.

You can contact the PRS Helpdesk via both email and telephone.

Telephone: +44 (0) 20 7017 4367

If the telephone line is engaged or it is outside PHT business hours (UTC +8), please do leave a message with your name and details and the Helpdesk will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can always send your query via email and it will be replied to within one working day.

Please do not hesitate to contact the PRS Helpdesk if you have a peer review system-based query. They are always happy to use their expert knowledge to help and support you.
