ScholarOne Manuscripts support

At Taylor & Francis, we have over 1,300 journals that use online peer review systems. Our dedicated Electronic Editorial Systems team provides initial training to journal staff so that they can learn how to use their site effectively. Once a site is live, we provide training materials for editors and journal staff, designed to put you in control of your own learning.

Each ScholarOne Manuscripts site has a wealth of online training resources available to view online via the Get Help Now portal. The link to this portal appears on every screen within the system, so help is always readily accessible. The help “pops up” in another screen, allowing the user to toggle back and forth between the page they’re working on and the advice, so they won’t lose their place whilst looking for support.  There are videos, step-by-step documents, and a searchable FAQ database, as well as many other useful resources for authors, reviewers, and editors.

More information on easily accessible ScholarOne Manuscripts guidance can be found here. The PRS Helpdesk can assist with procedural issues around basic site operation and can be contacted at prshelp@tandf.co.uk.  Please allow 2–4 days for a response.
